PART LIST (CHORUS)

ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTION :

Step 1:

  • Do soldering from the shortest components to highest

  • Solder diode (D1)

  • Label the value of resistors before soldering is preferred

  • Solder resistor (R1 - R24) Resistor table

Step 2:

  • Solder 8 pins IC socket (IC1 , IC2)

  • IC2 using 2 pieces of 8 pin socket

  • Solder wafer connector

Step 3:

  • Solder ceramic capacitor (C5, C7, C9, C10, C11, C12, C13, C14, C16, C17, C18, C19, C20, C21)

  • Solder electrolytic capacitor (C1, C2, C3, C4, C6, C8, C15), *make sure the positive lead(long lead) inserts to square soldering pad (+)

  • Capacitor table

Step 4:

  • Solder transistors (T1, T2)

  • Trim all component legs

  • Solder potentiometer (VR1, VR2) *on the other side, see PCB printing

  • Solder one pin & make sure the potentiometer sits on the PCB properly

  • Solder the rest of pin

Step 5:

  • Insert the IC to IC sockets (IC1, IC2)

  • *Black dots of IC1 & IC2 on PCB are pin 1
