PLUG & PLAY MODULE PART LIST:

PART LIST (PLUG & PLAY)

ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTION:

Step 1: 

  • Solder the PoGo Pin

  • Tips: solder any one pin and make sure it stands perfect vertically

  • Do soldering the rest of pin

Step 2:

  • Solder diode (D1 & D2)

  • Make sure 2 diodes are in correct polarity

  • Solder resistor (R1) Resistor table

Step 3

  • Solder film capacitor (C1) Capacitor table

  • Film capacitor has no polarity

  • Solder wafer connector (CN4), *make sure the orientation of wafer connector, cutout towards outside

Step 4:

  • Solder electrolytic capacitor (C2) Capacitor table

  • Make sure the positive lead inserts to square soldering pad (+) of PCB

  • Solder DC jack (CN3)

  • Solder one lug & make sure the jack sits on the PCB properly & solder the rest of pin then

Step 5:

  • phone jacks (CN1, CN2)

  • Make sure all jack connectors sit properly on PCB before do soldering, it is very hard to move after soldering

Step 6:

  • Put the black & red wire of battery clip through the hole of PCB

  • Solder the tin strip of wires

  • Pull the wires back gently

Step 7:

  • Insert LED (LED1) to LED spacer

  • Make sure 2 small holes of the LED spacer facing top side

  • Solder the LED, long lead(+) of LED insert to square soldering pad of PCB

Step 8:

  • Trim all component legs

  • Solder the 3PDT foot switch (FS1)

  • Same as phone jack & DC jack connectors, solder one lug & make sure the switch sits on the PCB properly & vertically before soldering the rest of lug
