Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase. By placing an order on our website, you agree to the terms outlined below.

1. All Sales Are Final

We enforce a strict NO Return, No Exchange, and No Refund policy. Once an order is placed and payment is processed, the sale is considered final.

We do not accept returns or offer refunds for reasons including, but not limited to:

Change of mind or personal preference.

Incorrect size or color selected at checkout, unsatisfy sound effect (please refer to the specification and sound demo carefully before purchasing).

Minor variations in color or appearance due to digital screen displays or manufacturing batches, PCB panels may has tiny air bubbles, it is normal with the PCB manufacturing .

2. Exceptions: Defective or Incorrect Items (For Hong Kong customers only)

We take great pride in our quality control, but in the rare event that your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will make it right.

To be eligible for a replacement under this exception, you must meet the following strict conditions:

Reporting Window: You must report the issue via email within 48 hours of receiving your package (as determined by the courier's delivery timestamp).

Proof Required: Your email must include your order number, a clear description of the issue, and unedited photos/videos of the defective or incorrect item, including its original packaging.

Item Condition: The item must be completely unused, unsoldering, unaltered, and with all original tags and packaging intact.

If we verify that the item is indeed defective or incorrect, we will arrange for a replacement. We will cover any return shipping costs incurred in this specific scenario.

3. Order Cancellations & Modifications

Because our system processes orders immediately to ensure fast dispatch, we cannot cancel or modify an order once it has been submitted. Please double-check your shopping cart, shipping address, and contact information before finalizing your payment.
