PART LIST (TWIN FUZZ)

ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTION :

Step 1:

  • Do soldering from the shortest components to highest

  • Label the value of resistors before soldering is preferred

  • Solder diode (D5)

  • Make sure the diode is in correct polarity

  • Solder resistor (R1-R9)

  • Resistor table

Step 2:

  • Solder 8 pins IC socket

  • Solder 5 pins header sockets for clipping diodes (D1 - D4), see photo

  • Solder wafer connector

Step 3:

  • Solder film capacitor (C2)

  • Solder ceramic capacitor (C1, C3)

  • Solder electrolytic capacitor (C4), *make sure the positive lead(long lead) inserts to square soldering pad (+)

  • Capacitor table

Step 4:

  • Trim all component legs

  • Solder potentiometer (VR1, VR2) *on the other side, see PCB printing

  • Solder toggle switch (SW1) *on the other side, see PCB printing & beware the notch on the left side

  • Solder one pin & make sure the jack sits on the PCB properly

  • Solder the rest of pin

Step 5:

  • Insert 2 pairs of diode to header socket

  • Make sure all diodes are in correct polarity
