Enclosure assembly

***Assembly process of all effect pedal enclosure are the same

Get ready.....

Front panel x1
Left side panel x1
Right side panel x1
Short side panel x2
Supporting rib x2
Metal standoff x4
Silicone rubber band x1

Step 1:

Weld all the metal standoff (4 pieces) on the support ribs
Press down the metal standoff during soldering
Solder the supporting ribs onto short panel

Step 2:

Put all PCBs on working bench, excepting bottom panel
Make sure left / right side panel are on the right position
Take the silicone rubber band from the component bag(pink bubble bag)

Step 3:

Using silicone rubber band to hold all the PCB for sldering
Move the rubber band towards front panel and around 1mm cover the corners of front panel

Step 4:

Solder all internal soldering pads
Make sure sufficient solder paste and weld all panels

Step 5:

Do forget solder the ribs and side panels
